the staff was kind and attentive. they greeted us with warm smiles. the room was super clean and beautifully decorated. it was fully equipped for comfort. the breakfast was delicious, with fresh products and great coffee. the perfect start to the day, !

unfortunately, the hygiene in the hotel was very poor. our room wasn't cleaned regularly, even after we asked. when they did come, they barely changed anything, just wiped a few surfaces.

the staff were helpful. the location was good. the hotel provides everything you need.

We only had two pillows while we were three people. we asked for an additional one several times and didn't get it. we had to chase them to get more towels. Apparently, one towel for three is enough. the breakfast wasn't good at all.
